The initial consultation is to get to know you and to find out more about you and your event needs. We pride ourself in being budget friendly and will help you decide which package is right for you! Weddings by Emily is one of the most affordable planning companies in all of San Diego!

Two personalized consultations before the BIG day to discuss your wedding details & logistics (approx. one-hour meetings)

 

Unlimited consultation via email, text, and phone to discuss wedding plans

 

Provide complete list of preferred vendors according to Client’s wedding style and budget if requested

 

Tour wedding ceremony and reception sites (One of the two meetings)

 

Coordinate room layout with you and wedding site staff

 

Help create, assist & make recommendations for your wedding day timeline and distribute to all vendors

 

Contact all of your vendors before your wedding to confirm arrival times and location (2-3 weeks prior to your date)

 

One-hour ceremony rehearsal coordination: review ceremony order with Client prior to rehearsal and orchestrate ceremony with/without officiant

 

Wedding day coverage for up to a max of 10 hours

 

Assist with seating chart if requested

 

Greet and supervise vendors day of wedding and overseeing setup

 

Assist in placement of wedding items/décor not provided by vendors (escort cards, favors, menus, guestbook, table numbers, etc.)

 

Transfer ceremony wedding décor to reception site (smaller items only)

 

Work with photographers to maintain couple’s whereabouts and ensure no visibility of one another prior to ceremony or first look

 

Arrange wedding party entrances for ceremony and reception

 

Collect wedding accessories post-wedding as requested by the client (gifts and cards, engagement photo, cake serving set, champagne flutes, etc.) and give to requested friend or family member.

 

Distribute final payments & gratuities to all vendors day of wedding

  Example­-You provide me with your rental list and needed items and I will provide you with at 2 quotes from 2 different vendors
